All policies that govern your use of AULA Indonesia products and services.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, place an order, or contact us for support. This includes: full name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely through our payment partners β we never store full card numbers). We also automatically collect certain technical data when you use our website, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referring URLs via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We use your information to: (a) process and fulfill your orders, (b) send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications, (c) improve and personalize your shopping experience, (d) send promotional emails and newsletters if you have opted in, (e) prevent fraud and ensure platform security, (f) comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
We share your information only with trusted partners necessary to run our business: payment processors (Midtrans), shipping carriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat), cloud service providers, and analytics platforms. All partners are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of 7 years after your last transaction for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting support@aula.com β subject to any legal retention requirements.
Under applicable data protection laws (including Indonesia's PDP Law), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent for marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption, regular security audits, and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
By accessing or using the AULA Indonesia website (aula.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and providing accurate registration information. AULA Indonesia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product information. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit card, and e-wallets via our secure payment gateway.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AULA Indonesia or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
AULA Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, or through arbitration as mutually agreed.
AULA Indonesia products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods: Keyboards β 12 months, Mice β 12 months, Headsets β 12 months, Accessories & Mousepads β 6 months. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including: circuit board failures, key switch malfunctions (not due to wear), sensor issues, structural defects in the housing, and cable integrity issues. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion at no charge during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear (keycap legends fading, scroll wheel degradation), physical damage from drops or impacts, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications or disassembly, damage from use with incompatible devices, and lost or stolen products. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
To make a warranty claim: (1) Contact our support team at support@aula.com or via the Support page with your order number and a description/photo of the issue. (2) Our team will assess your claim within 2 business days. (3) If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. (4) Ship the product to our service center. (5) Repaired or replacement units will be sent within 14 business days of receiving the defective item.
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items marked as "Final Sale" or opened software are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return: (1) Log in to your account and go to Order History. (2) Select the order and click "Request Return." (3) Select the item(s) and provide a reason for the return. (4) You will receive a return label and instructions within 24 hours. (5) Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated courier. Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 3 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. E-wallet refunds are typically processed within 1 business day.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. In cases of carrier damage, please document this with photos before opening the package fully.
Orders are processed on business days (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 14:00 WIB are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 WIB or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We ship nationwide across Indonesia using trusted logistics partners. Available options: Regular (JNE REG / J&T): 3β5 business days, Express (JNE YES / SiCepat BEST): 1β2 business days, Same Day (available in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung): Delivered same day if ordered before 12:00 WIB. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders above Rp 500.000 (after discounts) to all destinations across Indonesia. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the courier's website or via your AULA account under Order History. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days.
